“After doing a lot of research for an affordable, easy-to-use computer software program that would meet our needs, we found SchedulesPlus!   Because we rely on volunteers for our Front Desk and Fitness Center, we needed a program that was user friendly. Our primary need was for a system that we could utilize for our fitness center sign in/attendance, to track membership, and training. It has been an easy transition to move from an arduous paper and pencil system to SchedulesPlus. Our staff and volunteers save hours upon hours of time. In just under a minute we can run reports related to all aspects of a member’s activities at the Fitness Center (dues, training, etc). Our next goal is to slowly convert our front desk operation to SchedulesPlus … we currently have 11 hardcopy notebooks for trips, classes, donations, computer classes, fitness center, membership, etc., etc. Our goal is to rid our front desk of these cumbersome notebooks and have all our free and paid registrations and donations on SchedulesPlus, by the end of the year.

The Oshkosh Seniors has been using SchedulesPlus for years and we are extremely happy with the capabilities of the software. OSC has over 4,000 participants and the software plays a critical role in our ability to manage the Center with a limited number of people on staff. Our Senior Center serves over 1500 members with an average of 250-300 people using the programs here each day. We started using SchedulesPlus in 2012 as our data system and it has been terrific!  It keeps track of all of these activities, by individual, and by the category of the activity.  Our front desk entry has been greatly simplified since we added SchedulesPlus.  The data entry is straight forward and easy for staff to manage.  SchedulesPlus gives us reports on attendance, tracks payments and donations, organizes email communication by groups, manages our calendar, and much more.  It is truly a slick system for helping us stay organized.

“Before SchedulesPlus, The Arc Mower County used Microsoft Excel to keep track of activity registrations, donations and volunteers.  It was really difficult to keep track of all of that information.  It was even worse trying to turn that data into reports.  With the addition of SchedulesPlus in 2013, we can enter information and print reports with that information in just a few clicks.  Support has been wonderful to work with.  In the first nine months that we used using SchedulesPlus, I had a lot of questions.  I would email questions and get a response in the same day, most times within the hour.  I hope to be using this program for many years to come.
